Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days* of receipt of the product by Sportdeals, provided goods are received in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse. Refund method will be based on the mode of order payment, as follows-

Orders paid for through credit/ debit card will be refunded back to the credit/ debit card
Orders paid for through net banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account.
Orders paid for through other modes of payment will be refunded either through an account payee cheque in the customer's name (as given in "billing name" at time of purchase), or an online transfer via NEFT to customer's bank account.
* Please follow up with your respective bank/ card issuer post completion of refunds process by Sportdeals.in, to check on reflection of funds in your account. In case of cheque refunds, additional time may be required to ship the cheque to the customer.


Procedure to Return a Product

To return the product, please ensure that the product is not used.
Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging of the product along with its invoice.
Please connect with our customer care via mail, call or feedback within 48Hrs. of having received the product.
The customer care team will validate the request by checking the timelines, product applicable for return policy and shall take the request for refund or exchange.
The product should be packed in its original packing and the shipping cost has to be borne by customer.
Please share the airway bill number with our customer care for records and tracking.
The refund process will be initiated once we received the product(s).

Conditions for return:

  • We do not accept returns of items that are 'Special Order'.
  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process)
  • Products/ Items should be UNUSED
  • The returned item(s) must be in the original packaging with all of the tags still attached and in perfect condition to enable us to sell them again
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit
  • Any products damaged post-delivery to customer, shall not be accepted for return
  • In case of receipt of empty carton , please dont accept delivery and inform us on these numbers  (+919560275590 or +919553551888) at the time of delivery , post delivery to customer no refund or exchange will be accepted/processed.
  • Any product where the warranty has been registered
  • Packs of socks that have been opened
  • Packs of gloves that have been opened
  • Blister packs that have been opened
  • Free goods, received as part of a promotional offer or a sale
  • Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error. We recommend that you use a reputable courier company.
